Privacy & Data Use

We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information with the utmost care.

    Your Privacy at MindCheck

What MindCheck DoesMindCheck provides a gentle, private digital space for adults over 50 to reflect on their cognitive health and lifestyle habits. Our goal is to empower you with insight and peace of mind through self-reflection, without the need for accounts or personal registrations.

What Information We CollectMindCheck is designed to be a private and anonymous experience. We do **not** store your quiz answers, and for the core check-in, we do not ask for or store your name or phone number. If you choose to subscribe to our optional newsletter on the report page, we will store your email address solely for the purpose of sending you brain-health tips. Your check-in responses themselves are never linked to your email and are not kept as a permanent record.

How Your Information Is UsedThe information you provide during your check-in is used exclusively in real time to prepare your on-screen report. Once you finish your session and close your browser, MindCheck does not keep a copy of your individual answers. By default, you will not receive follow-up emails from us. Only if you explicitly choose to join our optional newsletter will your email be used to send occasional brain health and memory-support tips, which you can opt-out of at any time.

Reports and PrivacyYour personalized report is displayed directly in your web browser at the end of your check-in. It is not sent via email, even if you subscribe to our newsletter. Because we do not store your check-in data, if you close the page, your specific results are no longer accessible to us. Our optional newsletter list is maintained separately and does not contain any of your individual check-in answers.

Data and SecurityOur system is built with a "privacy-first" approach, avoiding the collection of personally identifying information altogether. We may collect basic, anonymous usage analytics—such as which pages are visited or how many people start a check-in—to help us improve the service, but this data is never tied back to you as an individual.

Not Medical AdviceMindCheck is for educational and reflection purposes only. It is not a clinical test and does not provide a diagnosis. We always encourage you to share your on-screen report or any concerns with a trusted healthcare professional.
